A space that's yours

Therapy for Teens

You’ve got a lot on your plate with school, family, friendships, figuring out who you are. Sometimes, you just need a space where you don’t have to explain everything or pretend you’re fine.

At Drawn Together, therapy isn’t about being “fixed.”

It’s a place to sort things out, express what’s going on, and get support that actually makes sense for you.

Every session is different. We might talk, make art, sit in silence, vent, laugh, or make a plan, whatever feels right that day.

Therapy becomes a space where teens can safely explore who they are, and who they’re becoming.

We support teens with:

  • Social isolation or school stress

  • Identity development

  • Family conflict

  • Neurodivergence

    (ADHD, autism, etc.)

  • Perfectionism, low motivation,

    or burnout

What about parents?

Therapy is your space first! Sometimes we’ll check in with your caregiver, but we’ll always let you know what’s being shared.

When caregivers are involved, it’s through seperate check ins focused on improving communication, setting healthy boundaries, and finding ways to support you that feel respectful and helpful.

We’ll figure it out together, at your pace!
